Here’s our first timers itinerary for three days, it’s got a little bit of everything and something for everybody so you can make the most of your trip doing stuff that’s all killer no filler with plenty of rancho relax-o time.
Campfire Cook
Warrigal Greens & Feta Triangles Recipe
How good is cooking on the campfire?! If you haven't tried it, it's a must-do experience here at the ranch. We'll publish campfire cook recipes we've tried out to give you some inspiration during your stay. This recipe combines the love of a few things; growing your own food, Aussie bush tucker and cooking on the campfire.
Going off the coast finding Nethercote Falls
There’s nothing like an old fashioned swim in a watering hole and if it’s got a waterfall that's even better, that's what we found at Nethercote Falls. Combine a fresh waterhole, Aussie bush and a bit of heat you’ve got an awesome arvo in the making.
A day trip to Candelo and the Candelo Farmers Market
A quaint little town with a big heart, Candelo surrounded by farms is the true essence of the Bega Valley and then some. Spend a day driving the country roads, stop for lunch at Candelo General Store and if you're lucky the monthly markets will be on.
BUSH WALK THE PINES AND COLLECT ROCKS
Take a walk through the pine forest and breathe in that fresh, pure scent of nature. Over the hill you'll find our sugar rocks scattered on the path, collecting rocks is a favourite past-time, good for the mind and soul.

So we're trying out some of the recipes in Harry Fisher's campfire cook book Fire to Fork. Read and watch our first cook on the campfire using what we could find, damn that's one tasty, tasty meal - it just hits different.
NORTH OF EDEN, A MICRO GIN DISTILLERY IN THE BEGA VALLEY
Go to the cellar door at North of Eden a micro gin distillery, literally 30 minutes drive north of Eden and meet the guys who'll tell you all about gin and more - you might even get to meet Hamish (the cow).
Oysters all year round from tide to table
The Far South Coast is famous for its oysters, whether you love them or hate them. Sit down by the deck that overlooks the oyster farm or shuck your own oysters at Broadwater Oysters for a different experience.
Donuts and coffee at Wild Ryes
Man! These donuts are bloody delicious, oh and the pies and the cakes and pretty much anything these guys make. From the people that bring you the coffee (in your stay) visit their bakery in Pambula it's worth the visit.
Go swimming in Aslings Pool
One of the most photographed pools in the area, no wonder with those sapphire blue waters and dramatic pink rock formations its a must-visit for most. Located in Eden only a 5 minute drive from the ranch.

BEOWA NATIONAL PARK
Only a 5 minute drive from the ranch find northern end of the Beowa (Ben Boyd) National Park, swim the secluded beaches, enjoy fresh air with a hike and see the grandeur of the Pinnacle rock formations in all their glory.
Crack a tinny on Wonboyn Lake
A day out in a tinny is the perfect way to see the pristine forests, unspoilt beaches and clear the mind. Cruise around Wonboyn Lake renowned for its breathtaking beauty for a spot of fishing or just watching nature go by.

When travelling it's hard to know where to go for the best eats in town, we've compiled a list for you for breakie, lunch and dinner. We've tried and tested these ourselves because who doesn't like eating out - right!?
Crystal blue waters of Pambula River Mouth
One of the first beaches we visited after settling in Eden, Pambula River Mouth is a stunner. Well known for its crystal blue waters you'll find blow up flamingoes, SUPs and kayaks paddling around between all the swimmers - and it's doggo friendly.
